What does your copywriting process look like?
Any respectable copywriter will tell you it's the research that makes it or breaks it. I focus on getting to know the target audience, the competitors and the market. Without this research, copy doesn't hold much weight. Because in order to trigger candidates to apply, you have to first know exactly how they feel and why they are applying. And often this isn't the salary or the main benefits. So research is a major part of my process, hence the interviews with staff.
How long does the process take?
Depending on which package you pick, the turnaround time is 5 days after discovery call + interviews. If you opt for the full campaign, it may take up to 2 weeks to produce the full content. I fully appreciate some roles may be urgent, which can be discussed separately.
How does it affect our usual processes?
It doesn't. Your processes remain the same and you continue to use your usual advertising channels - only the messanging changes. Email campaign can be run directly via your ATS or via email list (which your marketing department can help with). Social campaign is done via social network and my suggestion - via personal account, as opposed to company page.
Can you guarantee we'll fill the job?
No - just like an agency can't - and won't. Many other elements come into play here. The recruitment process post application is just as important. However, I can guarantee more relevant direct applications. I can guarantee there will be more eyes on your job. And I can guarantee this will make a positive impact on your future recruitment too.
